Battle of the Bluebonnets

We're going to celebrate our Bluebonnet readers a little differently this year.  If you read at least 10 Bluebonnets in 3rd grade, 12 in 4th grade and 14 in 5th grade, you'll still get invited to the Bluebonnet Breakfast.  HOWEVER, instead of playing bingo, we're going to play with our Promethean "clickers" and we'll play a Jeopardy type game.  The top 5 winners with the highest scores will be invited to go on and play in a multi-district competition called "The Battle of the Bluebonnets."  More on this later...

Always learning...

Today I'm learning how to blog.  I didn't realize that Facebook is considered blogging, too.  So, perhaps I am an experienced blogger! :)  I think it would be fun for our Library Lunch Bunch students to post their book reviews on this blog.  Really, anyone could post reviews to my blog. I'm very curious what you read this summer. I'm trying to read all the Bluebonnet books this year.  So far, I've only read 5.  15 more to go!
